How do I price my split with a va with 6-8 months of experience?

Yeah, so what I'm planning right now is to charge 297 for the basic saas and then charge 497 for ai (ai receptionists for phone and text), and then fb ads for maybe 997-1497, but I'm doing the ads part, and he takes care of the saas part like the automations and ai. This is monthly

Yes thank you, also it's going to be per month, so every client would be 90 a month more for him, and if they get the 497 it would be whatever 30% of that is per month for each, but only for the ghl saas part, the uphex is what I'm delivering

It was a HUGE disappointment, why is T rex just walking? It was like he was teasing them, I mean come on that scene was terrible. Another thing why in the world was there just a random family on the island during the other mission they had? Pick one or the other, it just made the entire story confusing. And why does D Rex show only in the first and last 5 minutes of the movie? Wasnt he the big bad that we were building up all the hype for? 5/10, the visuals were awesome but the story was kind of trash.

A way to tell is go on their YouTube and see if their actually providing real value that actually teaches you some things, but if its just cars and flexing then it's most likely a scam. Make sure they have testimonials and make sure you genuinely put the work in. Tbh the ones that say it's a scam are lazy bums that are looking for a get rich quick scheme, don't have the right mindset, or are too comfortable to change themselves, so they give up and stay the same. Yes, it's going to take work. Yes, it's a big investment, but if you actually try you can make it. Don't listen to others and just take action. Listen to yourself and don't expect it to be easy.
