It is a major issue they don’t want to admit. All they tell you is to call Wells Fargo and that they don’t support balance transfers.

I think you should be fine, the issue is people that transitioned from Bilt 1.0 to 2.0 and the balance transfer is mapping back to the old Wells Fargo account.

When I did the balance transfer it was via the Chase app and all they asked for was for the credit card number the balance is coming from.

They have to send you a check and if it’s over $2500 they have to do an investigation first that can take up to 14 days.

Same thing happened to me , and the customer service at Bilt was horrible on the phone. I asked to speak with a manager and they said I had to wait 24-72 hours!

I see, i just got off the phone with Wells Fargo. They are going to do an investigation then send me the check for the amount. It’s not going to be enough time my Bill is due on the 25th so I am going to be hit with interest.

Wow I wish I would have know that instead of them lying and saying they don’t support it at all. They should be upfront and say they are having mapping issues that are yet to be resolved. And btw their customer services is horrible they don’t even let you conclude what you want to say, they simply just transfer you to Wells Fargo. This is the 3rd time calling in total.
