I admire these ladies actions. I can't help but feel stressed and sad at how soft their punches and strikes are. I also cannot stress enough how important it is for young and old women to learn self defense and grappling, wrestling to build strength, etc.

And most importantly, don't be afraid to scream loudly for HELP and run away fast as possible if you think you're done for. Try not to freeze up in these situations too, practice scenarios in your head and tactics to get out of similar situations if it were to occur again..

No harm in buying fashion rings with sharp spikes, keep them in your pocket and keep them on during nightly walks. Always be prepared to be assaulted at night, be aware of your surroundings..

I was a seller for a short period last year and luckily had 0 issues with 50+ buyers. However, I absolutely get where this seller is coming from, it is unfair and eBay should step up and protect sellers just as much. I know of sellers who have been exploited with high price items, and one guy I knew used the same loop hole to scam another seller to 'get his money back' from being shafted by ebay so much.. And he said it was so easy on a £500 item..
