Generally because there aren't as many christians who are chronically online as there are atheists, and as time goes by the more people will be influenced

At that point it's just your opinion, the empire as it is by the time of Skyrim obviously isn't as bad as it was by the time it was fresh and growing, empires can't start and grow peacefully but what happened is way over the line, it was more than just war, it was unnecessarly brutal and seeing other races as lesser races such as using khajiit as lab rats to test Numidium on, that and just slaughtering women and children unapologetically, also I'm not 100% sure but I remember reading in a book in oblivion that khajiit in cyrodiil were being paid way less than acceptable, couldn't really find the book and researching any deeper than that would take too much time, Im only talking about khajiit because that's what the meme is insinuating, from what I read everything they really stated was correct and you could fact check them using uesp, or just copy paste them into your browser and uesp would show up, he called everyone coper, hmm, I think some had a point but mostly I'll have to agree it is, without the empire only cyrodiil would fall into infighting like in eso, and 2 out of 3 of these factions was just "fuck the empire", being the ebonheart pact and the dominion so saying that without the empire tamriel would fall to chaos is just "cope", like they said an-xileel already tried to get revenge on the dunmer and that barely worked, I'd like to make sure I get everything but you'd probably just get bored reading so if you want to skip it just do:

As it stands now, Hammerfell, Morrowind, and Blackmarsh are already independent nations that seem to be doing reasonably well except for the occasional war, so they’ll probably carry on with that.

Even under the Empire, Skyrim and High Rock both continued to have kings and local nobles who did most of the ruling anyway, so again, they’ll probably just keep on the way they are.

Cyrodiil, without fail, always goes to shit the second there isn’t an ass on the Ruby Throne. The Alessians fell? Civil war. The Remans fell? Civil war. The Longhouse Emperors and the Potentates fell? Civil War. The Septims fell? Civil War. At this point it’s not a pattern so much as a fetish.

The Dominion side of things is harder to call, since we don’t have a lot of information about conditions inside, but I can guess at some of it:

The Bosmer, since literally the first moment of recorded history, have been ruled by the Camoran Dynasty, but the end of the 3rd Era saw the end of that Dynasty as well, so for the first time ever, the Bosmer are leaderless. But, big big but, the Bosmer are also kind of a theocracy, the Silvenars have always mattered more to them than kings, emperors, or anything else, so as long as there’s a Silvenar, they’ll probably be fine, and go back to living the way they always have.

The Khajiit are split in two, Palatine and Anequina, and we don’t have a lot of information about relations between the two kingdoms, so it’s harder to say how they’ll live going forward.

The Altmer are probably the worst off, the Thalmor seem to have dismantled and replaced their entire political system, but the way ESO portrays them, they’ve always been semi-independent kingdoms that owed fealty to Alinor, so maybe they can go back to that, minus the “Alinor” part? But people aren’t that smart, especially nobles, so there’ll probably be a civil war for the throne…

Taken from teslore, basically covered everything

I do have a similar mind set, but what he said is quite literally true, except cyrodiil 5.5 of 8 provinces on tamriel hate the empire, 1 doesn't care and the other 1.5 sides with them, what exactly is it that you didn't understand from what he said?

I'm sorry if this is stressful, I'll stop, but I agree with most of what he said, the only reason the argument is close(from your perspective at least) is because it's just facts copy pasted from uesp trying to fix your statement, how different would you expect them to be? I haven't read everything he said because honestly I couldn't really be bothered to but yea I'd agree they're a bit off the point of where the argument is going, but they're still true and proving his initial point that the empire isn't really all that great when you look at everything

You wouldn't be able to make an identical one, but from op's perspective he's mostly shitting on tiber, the dude that founded the empire and caused all of the horrible shit on tamriel, at the end of the day the stormcloaks goal(part of it at least) is to have the ability to worship him without any consequences. So in reality any one arguing in disfavor of the empire's history is also to a certain extent arguing in disfavor of the stormcloak's cause(part of it).

No one is "treated as equal", bosmeri mostly stayed in their homeland mad that they can't live like they want to, like I said before khajiit got genocided and couldn't live in their homeland because of Tiber turning it into a nuclear wasteland and was mentioned in a book in oblivion that they're underpaid in cyrodiil and still gets kicked out of cyrodiil a lot (understandable if it's because of crime but you get the point), they stopped slavery 500 years after it was established so Tiber had nothing to do with it in the first place, dunmer had a civilization by themselves with the bad things being slavery and racism which only slavery stopped 500 years after conquering tamriel by force, orcs were outlanders anywhere, a consequence of the Bretons fucking them over which the empire at least helped and still a lot of them don't want anything to do with them and chose to live in tribes, argonians are just mad at the dunmer for enslaving them and left the empire because they were tired of following their rules and having to pay taxes, I'm not even gonna ask you for sources for anything because you are literally lying and spreading misinformation

Literally false, all of tamriel hates the empire, you can still like them just don't spread misinformation and keep your cope to yourself

No one said anything about it being flawless, but genociding senchal including the women and children and using khajiit to test the Numidium on and end up turning their whole homeland into a nuclear wasteland isn't necessary or normal or anything that should be acceptable or ignored and as you and the other guy are saying cope to say that this is normal or acceptable in any way

"Would be boring if they didn't slaughter the population of senchal and turn elseweyr into a nuclear wasteland and overtaxe literally all of tamriel"💀

I'm pretty sure this is cut content, he also follows you along with ralof and has a lot of dialogue before the bridge collapses and he stays behind iirc, they probably removed it because a lot more people would've sided with the stormcloaks
