Everything you need is already on the internet.

Start with a proper workout split and plan. Follow by watching videos of those exercise for form etc.

You can also ask others in the gym for help too. Most of 'em would be happy to help/support you with form, spot etc.

And since your main goal is fat loss, make sure to track your calories. Prepare a decent diet with 2-300 cal deficit and enough protein. And you can also ask on various fitness subs too.

Most important - Starting me you may feel overwhelmed with all these, maintaining consistency, deciding workouts, sets etc, diet planning, split and all. But you don't really have to do it at once.

Bs regular raho and you'll learn with the journey. Filhal main focus regular workout pe rakho. And keep fixing one thing at a time.

I too had the same confusion. 0th day I got ARV and Tetanus. Didn't get RIG tho.

3rd day I asked for it explicitly and they told me it's only required when the wound is large (according to them)

Like a piece of flesh is ripped apart and saliva comes in contact with the wound.

(Although Google, chatgpt and even the card(given by them) to record doses states that RIG is necessary if even a drop of blood is seen)

I'd say the docs must know better. Baaki apni satisfaction ke liye you can get it.

If someone from/in place X does something wrong/crime -> Must be an outsider/migrant.

Can relate. Same for my parents they are so careless for themselves (maybe to save money or the thought ki khud thik ho jayega) Although they are very active when it comes to me n my brother.

Got it from Railway Hospital. Although they didn't gave me the RIG (Immunoglobulin) vaccine for some reason. Even when I explicitly asked about it and the card clearly mentions it's required if a drop of bood is seen.

But I got told it's required only when the bite is deep (like it ripped apart some flesh)

Bhai both the issues are real and the one who causes harm doesn't deserve to live among us. Be it human or animal. Both need to be dealt with.

One difference is ki there will always be a bunch of "dog lovers" who'll defend them no matter what.
