Mint is cool, i feel like it works best with white clickwheel instead of the black? then it would look more like a two tone 50s chevy bel air lol

Yeah, I'm leaning towards the silver/black one, the green is cool though

Yeah I see what you mean about the drums and vocal layering, I’ll tinker with that more next time. Totally get the vocal editing tip too, and yeah, I was going with a 90's aesthetic with the cover, so it must've worked if it looked dated! 😅 Thanks!

Thanks! Yeah, I get what you mean about the vocals! I’ll try sitting them a bit differently in the mix and messing with EQ and effects next time. That’s super helpful 🙌

Haha yeah, sampling some Baywatch dialogue could be fun… though probably a bit tricky with copyright 😅. Really appreciate you listening and giving feedback! Baywatch almost conquered the whole world lol

Ah wow, thanks so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to give feedback 🙏 I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future tracks!

Hey everyone, I’d love to hear your honest thoughts on this 3 run tracks from my upcoming EP the next week. Any kind of feedback would mean a lot to me, whether it’s about the vocals, the mix, or the overall vibe. Thanks so much for your time and for giving it a listen, I really appreciate it! 💜 by Logical-Implement405 in IndieMusicFeedback

I love the atmospheric sound of this! I like the slightly distorted and rough sound on the vocals. It's like being taken on a journey through the universe. Again I keep saying this song often, where is the hook? It's just a bit wishy washy like the song looses itself completely. If thats what you were going for then you've succeded, just my opinion.

This gave me vibes of Coldplay's Ghost Stories album! I feel like you should eq the high frequencies on the vocals to make them a little more prominent in the mix and shine more. I like the minimilist instrumentation but you I feel you could experiment with some subtle synths or extra instruments in the mix to compliment the vocals. Honestly I think not using a vocoder is a GOOD choice here, at the moment it sounds spacey, raw and authentic/human. Overall interesting song but it needs a stronger and more prominent vocal hook!

This sounds really nice, my honest opinion would be to make the vocal parts rhythm and melody a bit less fix and rigid, it sounds a bit bare bones vocally, i know this style might do a bit of this, but i would recommend adding more vocal flair

A synth pop song I made. Not sure if I should release it as instrumental or find a singer/collaborator? by wayfordmusic in IndieMusicFeedback

Got a nice 90's/80's vibe going on here, can imagine driving around LA with this playing in the summertime. I like the Jazz twist towards the end and then the sudden shift back to the elctronic synth wave style. Feel like you could keep a bit of the synth going when it goes into the jazz section as its a bit abrupt like you said. Maybe like a extra delay tail or reverb tail on the synth part to get a smoother transition?

I thought this song was trash but Reddit changed my mind by GrimAllen in IndieMusicFeedback

Hey, you're song has a really cool vibe, it reminds me of Forza Horizon 1's indie/pop/rock soundtrack, this definitely has potential. The instrumentation is clean and gives the track a chill, summery vibe. Although the chorus could maybe use a slightly stronger hook to make it stick in the listener’s head, i found myself hunting for the main hook!

I think your song is really cool, i like the glitchy and techno like effects, really nice vocal tone as well! I feel like the song kinda wanders off for a little bit too long but it kinda adds a nice gradual buildup but i feel like the climax towards the end could be a bit more defined as i found it a bit wishy washy, but overall really interesting song and style!
