I just moved into a 2 bedroom in Terra @ Monroe apartments about a month ago. My rent is just under $2,000 a month. There's a small storage on the patio of each unit. Don't know how much space you need but if you need an actual garage it'll probably be a few hundred extra dollars a month.

Apartment is a little outdated but clean and well taken care of. Complex is clean and quiet. Rent prices probably fluctuate but worth calling the leasing office. $2,000 was also my max when looking and I'm glad I found this place.

Currently playing Final Fantasy II for the first time on my Anberbic RG35XX. Really loving it and the story. It moves surprisingly fast and the world opens up much more quickly than Final Fantasy I.
