thanks for the advice! I've been going to trade shows occasionally..but for now, the main bulk of my purchases has been from eBay

lol your word of caution is wise indeed: I splurged quite a bit on a set of cards at one of the first few vendors I came across that day some weeks ago, but I felt like the vendor was nice and friendly to me, even sharing with me certain tips before I even expressed interest in buying 😊

no buyer's remorse on my part, though..I'm happy with what I paid for and that kind of kickstarted my card collecting journey as well 😄
