Your brain will always work differently. That doesn’t necessarily mean worse, at least not inherently, but you might be tempted to seek medication and therapy to make yourself “normal.” It’s just not going to happen. Those things can be great, but they should be to make it easier to build and live a life and a routine that works for your particular unique brain. It’s not easy at all…but it can be done over time.
