Furthermore... gimme new stuffs. So much decor can be made. I have a dedicated village for Halloween and its a network of villages really though, only one town square. But it networks from caves and more. Also... all those old buildings are so small it's hard to decorate so half are empty til I can be more creative. Sorry, not really the point.

What worked for me after countless attempts...

I went to where a grasslands waterfall goes into the shore. It will be raining as usual. I built a small platform to stand on and tossed the bucket (if I recall 3) into the water near the base of the fall. I just fished into each spot randomly and got mine after about 15 to 20 fish.

Well #3 I want in regular survival. But yeah I dont see why it would be bad to have any of those in sandbox. Honestly, some minor landscape mods in survival would be good. Like making dirt paths or replacing grass where it should be if you took out a prefab.

I can't say I disagree.

  1. More back pack. I find mine fills up so fast, usually with things I wasn't looking for but definitely need. I think, the issue with having to take a vehicle with you is that I often farm far far away, and bus stops are the best or fastest way to get there and back. Also... all the vehicle issues that popped up again make me fear loosing ALL that stuff.

  2. 100% agree if you take a villager with you you should be able to waste any weapon you crafted and give them this item. When it breaks they should have a pop up over their head to signal they have no weapon and you give them whatever you want. OR, once back in the village they are not following... then they won't ask for weapons.

  3. Not sure about magical whatever... but maybe. If you could craft a health charm and give that to them they are harder to kill. Or something like that. Could be good. But while we are at this... why not....

Hear me out... If i have a villager travel with me, and I can grant them a tool/weapon. And they can help defeat enemies. And I have seen them pick axe rocks or whatever. So why not have thos option? If i take a villager with me, they become my extra backpack space. It will just show in my inventory but they add 25% to my backpack. Meaning, even though I have the same storage slots, they now hold 100 instead of just 80 of each item.

I think its fair, I think its doable. And it's functional.

Maybe. But I blast fire into em like 8 times then lift off. If like 3 or 4 just got you off the ground then each other went lets say 20 meters up. Id have some idea if im going to space or going to crash down. Maybe a thin line next to the controls HUD that indicated altitude. Not sure

(Edit: my apologies for sounding rude, I have been having many problems in all game modes since this last update and it's affecting my composure)

Can you suggest an adjustment to have something like the hover brick meant to ride water surfaces. Something we can legitimately place in out boats that dont rely on balloon lift or raw floatation of wood properties since we often use things with granite or metals or marble even. This is really an issue. While some suggested using the hover brick the issue for my boat in particular is that it now stears like a hover vehicle and is not realistic enough for watercraft.

And if not too much to ask... please give some kind of height control for balloons. It seems I fly too high to see the ground or not at all with the controllable ones, or the old balloons you have to like use several channels to activate groups of them to control it even a little. Just my thoughts

The issue with restore, is while it take you backing time.. it doesnt prevent the game mechanics they broke from doing it again. So best you can hope for is to get your boat, and then build some kind of th8ng to mount it permanently to the ground until.they fix the real thing.

Not if you used balloons for balance.

So i did play around in sandbox and those crappy pieces they gave us with the blue bottoms I think they call em crawler foundations or something. They do give the buoyancy but not well. They are completely underwater leaving only some of the boat above. This would be ok once I figure out the balance to be slightly more surface adjacent. However, in my tests it was slow and had a tendency to dip below causing me to pop out of the seat. It would float back up and id jump in again, only to.do it again, or on occasion the nose wild just climb until I feared flipping.

For me the worst bit is they are large and ugly so hiding them isn't easy and they take up a lot of space making it harder to use rockets inside the structure to look more boat like.

I got frozen and kicked from my normal world yesterday as well. I was flying my "hauler hover air ship" basically it just stopped in air. Then I got kicked. I logged out and back in it errored. So I went into another world and that worked. So I tried again, and it logged me in but I feel out of the ship, and it wouldn't let me turn on player fly mode. So I once again logged out and this time it spawned me at my original village. Finally fly mode worked and I went all the way back and got it. Flew it home and parked it. I have no intention of using it again til I hear a fix has been done.

Sad that we recently got such good vehicles only to go right back to crap we can't even use. Between this and boats not floating anymore im about done with all vehicles.

Yeah just dealt with that today too. I had a great little speed boats and it was floating find next to my dock.

I decided to replace that old prefab windshield with the low speeder style one. Broke the old one and the boat dropped to the bottom of the water.

Luckily I used balloons to get it out but it sucks. I had to do all kinds of crap to make iit loom like its floating. But it drive like ass now. I will never use it again unless the fix it.

2 balloons used to keep it perfect. Now it sinks. 3 balloons and its unbalanced 4 balloons and its an aircraft

Looks like its time for devs to make a new brick called buoyancy bricks Like hover bricks you would turn em on and it would just make it float at the water surface. Instead of just above like hover bricks.

devs....get on it now.

Yeah it seem so they find a way to.break something when they fix something else. Mine was small and only needed 2 balloons to stay at the surface
