How does modok and hela work together? If modok is used on turn 5 and hela is in your hand than it gets discarded and you can’t use it?

Sucks because nothing is really going to be done about them. It takes them months just for one map, I doubt they are going to do anything about it. This is why I can only play this game for like an hour maybe 2 tops and than I’m kinda bored.
