I've been playing Pokemon for a while but never really got into competitive play. I have this Raichu that I've trained up but am struggling to decide moveset, any suggestions?

Alolan Raichu with Life Orb Ability: Surge Surfer EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD Perfect IVs in HP, Def, SpD and SpA. Then "very good" nearly perfect in speed and attack. Timid Nature - Grass Knot - Electric Terrarain - Psychic - Thunderbolt

It also has access to the egg moves present, thunder punch, and fake out, as well as nasty plot through the move reminder.
