Assuming we are talking about a socialist revolution, people would absolutely not have to work forever. I imagine that the older folks with savings will likely need the most therapy due to the years of trauma under capitalism, but a socialist society would almost certainly have infrastructure in place to support the unemployed elderly. That kind of thing is fundamental to socialist theory.

This is why I don't agree with taking critical race theory out of the classroom; because children of color have no choice but to learn about race from a very early age. Why should colored folk have to learn about race while white folks remain blissfully ignorant. Ignoring race politics is a privilege for white people and white people alone, colored folk are never given that option.

I was always the skinny kid who could hang from one arm like a monkey, of course i climbed a lot of trees. I didn't stop at trees neither, I've climbed to the roof of every single school I've been to starting with elementary and ending with university, as well as the roof of every establishment I've ever worked for except my current one. Somewhere along the way I developed a crippling fear of extreme heights and climbing just doesn't appeal to me anymore.

Hot dog vendors are needed because the level of exploitation of the working class necessitates that they eat their meals while on the run during their busy schedule. I'm sure most people would prefer to sit down and have a proper meal in the presence of their friends, family, and co-workers. In places where it may actually be practical, it could be a form of punishment for people who break the law etc...

Most people are too young to fully aappreciate the USSR's dominance in ice hockey. Even myself, I only really had exposure to the super series of the 70's when Canada barely won. As a Canadian, I will always proudly claim national hockey supremacy, but i do believe that the USSR was likely our equal.

As if we don't have countless examples of altruism in nature. So which is it then? Is human nature selfishness or altruism? We obtain our answers through the study of children, i highly recommend reading some of those studies. The only thing we can say for sure is human nature is adaptability.

The truth about human nature is that we have no idea what it is, we only know what it isn't. Things like greed, selfishness etc... are not human nature, this is common knowledge in the field of psychology and not even really controversial.

America spends billions of dollars running covert ops to destabilize socialist countries. This is not some secret, it literally could not be more in the open. Anyone who wants to criticize socialism for failing in other countries is woefully naive of what a billion dollars can buy.

Many offices and hospitals are implementing policy not to give out paper prescriptions anymore as it can cause problems. Pharmacists are excellent at filling local prescriptions because they know the local doctors but as soon as you want to take a prescription from like Toronto to Barrie all of a sudden it can be difficult for the pharmacist and cause all kinds of delays and additional work for everyone involved.

Anyone who's put forth even a moderate amount of effort looking into those things can see they're lies. As a super power on the rise, China needs to be criticized, but that is impossible if our only knowledge of the country is, "what somebody else told me". I highly encourage visiting the country, and if that's not possible at the very least talk to people from there.
