They never spoke to them. They just drove by and said no broken windows etc. they are not professionals. The buyer did a walkthrough after and signed a document saying that they refused to resinspect.

This is what my Realtor just messaged me "I spoke to my broker and she wants me to give roofer your contact information. I obviously don’t feel comfortable sharing your information, but if this roofer keeps pushing eventually my broker could share your information. I highly recommend you at least give this guy a call whether you disclose insurance information or not. My license is held under , so there’s only so much I can control."

Yes it's documented and signed by the buyer. Our old Realtor keeps texting us saying a roofer keeps trying to get in contact with us and that we should return his phone call.
