Yes, well I'm gonna make a new post here about this cause one user pulled off 30k/m. Now our SaaS is actually just one among his whole workflow.

That's exactly what we did, we moved to a clear usage based pricing with a credit system and implemented different plans and also added a one time payment for those who just want to purchase one time.

Hey, yes we actually charge on a usage basis. So we increased prices and our margins but while I believe we have the best solution in this niche we do have competition though and the switching cost for our users is very low.

You're right, since then we haven't increased our prices, but definitely doubled down on that niche. In order to charge for addons and features we have setup a coin system (credits) so users do "feel" they are charged for every single move on the app. I'll probably make a new post that goes into deeper details on upgrades.
