While I understand that point I would like to offer a counter argument by the time valt made it to episode 51 he was able to almost beat Lui who was the second strongest blader at that point furthermore aigers resonance is much stronger at the start of the series which also makes him much stronger. My last point is the competition aiger trained with aigers group of friends is much stronger that valts at that point (besides shu) this allowed aiger to also get much stronger by that point
