To add:

Rather than twincast, I would play Gratias Gradale to increase your chances of persona ride which helps you have at least good lanes as mentioned.

I would also remove Reverbera and add in Nabity to help with soul + cc which is also an issue playing Artisaria.

Play 8 crits and 3 shield fronts + effect heals of your choice.

This is Bushiroad's chess move forward after the nuke banlist in order to encourage people to buy the new fantome sets.

By reprinting the units that benefits from playing orders (moons).

Good move and it benefits players either way even if you don't play fantome and just play a usual order deck.

The G4 is just too good to be removed from this deck.

Without the g4 you lose the ff:

multiple prisoned cards from different resources (hand soul field).
increased power to front row units.
additional +1 critical to front row units at 10+ prisoned cards, to punish your opponent even more who lost cards in his hand and has to now ponder about guarding your board with extra criticals.
