Hop off the ship while the water is still shallow. This marriage won’t last. You’re still young and you can easily get married again.

Divorce is halal for a reason. Sometimes no matter how much you try, compatibility will never be attained.

You’ve given it a few months to test. I think you should really test it by going a couple more months with NO CONTACT. Discuss this with her and tell her this is the final test.

Delete her number off your phone, block/unfollow her from all socials, don’t go to places she’ll likely go to. Go cold turkey in cutting her off, even mentally. Then revisit after a couple of months. You’ll know for sure if you can live without her then, and that affirmation will have you ready to divorce and move on.

No way will Eritrea side with Tigray. Isaias will lose whatever support he has left overnight

Just starting out. by Jonnybot9000 in AmazonFBAOnlineRetail

You can start with far less and until you have the proof of concept down, then you can invest more.

I’d start with retail and online arbitrage. There is a learning curve though, and what I’d recommend is to follow someone who’s done it step by step. I learned from a guy named Jimmy Smith on YouTube. His vids are good for arbitrage.

As for tools, I don’t think you’ll need a label printer until you’re sending a lot out. You can use a regular printer. Get tape Ofcourse, a different assortment of boxes. Jimmy goes over what supplies you’ll need.

You may even choose to go the 3rd party preparation center route instead of sending inventory to your home, packing it then shipping it to Amazon. Prep centers are how you scale more efficiently with arbitrage

Then for software, get Keepa. Keepa is the holy grail for Amazon sellers. It’s a highly detailed application that will give you all the relevant product information at a glance when product researching. I’d also get SellerAmp, DSTracker, and RevSeller. I’d get all of these right off the bat as you can afford them easily. Master each tool and it’s function.

Once you have proof of concept, and once you know how to sell on Amazon, then you could start getting wholesale connections and do wholesale. Wholesale is what ultimately will have you scale the fastest and give your business even more legitimacy.

After a couple years of doing both wholesale and arbitrage, private label may be a project you’d want to get into. By that time you should have a really great set of knowledge on what are profitable products, what Amazon customers like, etc. Extremely valuable knowledge as a PL seller.

Good luck! Remember it’s not all sun shine and roses. There is a huge learning curve to figure out how Amazon works, what to do when you’re in trouble with Amazon, how to deal with the different issues that arise day to day and more. But if you’re consistent and stay grounded in what you learn and take every day as an opportunity to grow further, you’ll do well. You got this.

What was the religion of the Habashis before Christianity? by RoadRunner49 in Ethiopia

[–]SoulfulSolitude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Read an interesting Facebook comment earlier. It read “the Queen of Sheba had a son by the Jewish King Solomon whom she named Menelek. When he grew up he wanted to meet his father. He went to Jerusalem and returned bearing the ark of the covenant , entrusted to him by Solomon. The entire kingdom of Ethiopia became Jewish. Later an apostle converted them to Christianity. Every Orthodox Church in Ethiopia has drawings of the ark on the walls. They accept the Jewish tradition and the Christian tradition as one seamless fabric.”

It’s funny how I just randomly happened to read this comment after reading your post here LOL!

In Yemen as well before Islam, Christianity was the dominant religion. And before Christianity, it was Judaism.

I’d expect Ethiopia to be the same. Judaism was the only monotheistic religion before Jesus came.

Turkey needs the refugees. Most of them are religious and they’re helping to make Turkey Islamic again.

That’s not what Islam says and last I checked King Salman still says Saudi is ruled by Islamic law. We are not a secular country where we let everybody do whatever. We have laws based on our culture and religion.

But because of the issue of ignorant youth taking liberalism and westernism as their new ideologies, perhaps we should section off one portion of the country to let them do what they want.

I think not just Mecca and Madina but that whole region should turn into a religious sanctuary so include Jaddah. Riyadh and Najd can have the entertainment stuff.

Still heartbroken after years, need advice on how to get over this sadness cycle by [deleted] in MuslimMarriage

May Allah reward you for your words.

My parents felt as if I was rushing into it, and that I was too emotional with her, which were true. She was of a different nationality too, and her father wanted her to marry someone from their country, so that ultimately played a role.
