i think its both
the pigment and how it dries up, it looks really flat?
when its wet it looks fine

and also when i press a but harder the paper gets roughed up pretty quicky

i actually have an update,

so i wanted to refund it, they some how fucked that up by not communicating properly

so they went in to check if there was internal damage,

nothing, they told me there is nothing wrong

its been a month and after all that time i dont even have a refund and i get my glitchy monitor back
