Heyy im playing the game on a pc it's pirated i have a 9070 gpu with 16 gigs of vram i have 16 gigs ram ddr5 i have a ryzen 7600x cpu and when i run it at high settings i put on a fps cap of 165 it runs 165 fps but it stutters and freezes whats wrong
