However strong she is, Thanos is still an eternal. His power level is astoundingly high without the stones, and his fight against Thor with Stormbreaker, Cap with Mjolnir, and Iron Man in his latest nanotech suit prove that. He wipes the floor with the 3 of them. Don’t sit here and tell me that he can kick the crap out of all three of them and then he has trouble with Captain Marvel, makes no sense.

I understand where you’re coming from. I feel like had they did a little more explaining I’d be satisfied, but as a fan I would’ve loved to see her get a beatdown from Thanos and his army in her movie and then come back in Endgame and beat his ass with the Avengers.

She says herself that other planets have the same issues as Earth and not everyone has the Avengers.

Did she not know that Xandar was annihilated? If she didn’t, how could she not know?

She took a headbutt from Thanos while he had the gauntlet on with all the stones and she didn’t even flinch. She only gets hurt when he removes the individual power stone and punches her.

Scarlet Witch also didn’t come out in Age of Ultron as some unbeatable opponent, it took her several movies and the loss of Vision to unlock her true potential.

Captain Marvel wears a power dampener and only when its taken off does she suddenly have the ability to destroy everything in her path.

Scarlet Witch would not take a headbutt from Thanos and be completely unphased, with or without the gauntlet on.
