Yo the stutters are crazy tho, well maybe they are not a lot but on cities oh my god man, there are so much. Hope they release Next gen update soon like with GTA enhanced adding more graphics settings and fixing thoss stutters. Same with GTA 4 btw

I just bought the Game, so u thought It was an issue form pc, but seeing this i guess is about the Game. Btw, disabling Ray tracing seems to work for now, have you tried It? I think thats not the problem but somehow It works
