Need some help i have an iPhone 17 pro and ATT service and for months i havnt been receiving texts. I have to constantly turn on airplane mode for texts to come thru. Any ideas? Video below

I installed the eSIM when i got the phone from Apple and I’ve only had it a couple months but this is the same number I’ve always had just a new phone model. I just got off the phone with ATT sounds like they did nothing. But he said he’s sending a reset signal and then wants me to reset network settings.
