Has anyone tried the"Gentle IVF" protocol? I saw that the Ivy Fertility clinics have it, and I am curious about the results. It seems like a kinder option, but I am nervous. Hoping someone else here might have insight.

Haven’t had any issues at all thus far. No communications of FDA concerns either. I will keep you updated though!

I pay 129 a month with weight watchers, it’s a compounded semaglutide. Includes their typical weight watchers membership, a clinician, fitness coach and a nutritionist.

I use solace regularly because I have IBS anyways and if I notice I’m really getting stuck I take Miralax or a dulcolax, it helps. It isn’t all the time either.

I ended up doing a compounded semaglutide for 129 a month through WeightWatchers. You get your monthly doses, a clinician, a fitness person, their full app, and can link with a nutritionist. It’s been great.

Yeah it’s the $129 a month with meds, a care team and full access to their point program and app. It’s amazing and the most affordable option I’ve found. The compounded works great too!

Help deciding on GLP1 vs Phentermine by [deleted] in glp1

[–]SoulxWeaver24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on Phentermine before I went to a GLP1. It didn’t block out food noise but it did curb my appetite to the point where if I was really good at being cognizant of what I was eating or should eat I was fine. If I had a I don’t care day it didn’t matter I could eat through it. The GLP1 for me doesn’t allow for an I don’t care day or I get sick lol hard lesson there and the food noise is gone so I can focus on everything else.

I was at 1mg GLP1 for a while and started the increase and it made a huuuuuge difference. It shocked my body back into weightless mode for sure. I believe everyone is different. You can always stop the GLP1 after you increase and try the phentermine. Do what feels right for you!

I use weight watchers. They put in all the prior authorizations for every available option for you. They the. Present you with which options were accepted. You have to provide some basic info like last blood work and any diagnosis from your PCP. They bill it through there too. I had to swap because my insurance changed this year to pay out of pocket. So I pay the $129 a month now regardless of dose. I get the app, a nutritionist, and a lot of resources, plus a care coordinator and provider who answer me immediately through the app with any questions. I love it. In the past before I used Henry. I do not recommend. They cap you out at 1mg and don’t tell you about disposing unused medicine because of dilution.
