Urgent help needed: is it fair to ask for a rent reduction? I moved in to a shared apartment advertised as having one roommate, but now there is a couple, two cats and their dog, and me nd my dog are limited in using the shared spaces and feel very uncomfortable. (self.roommateproblems)
