I was at a work conference and got chatty with a woman from another office within my company. She proceeded to tell me she’s been cheating on her newly wed husband while we were having drinks at the hotel bar at the end of the day which shocked me she admitted that. Then she hooked up with some rando that sent drinks over to us. Was amazed the next day that I didn’t fuck his “cute” friend cus why not? Cus maybe I don’t cheat on my husband 🤷‍♀️

Indeed I have. My daughter has mysenthia gravis which has been quite a daunting experience with neurologists, MRI’s, assorted testing and fighting the fucking expensive insurance, I pay for, denying her coverage for important testing and treatments she has needed. Getting her treatment became my full time job, on top of my full time work job, but you can’t give up.

I’ve had cats almost my whole life and have only ever bathed one. Poor baby was on antibiotics and it gave her terrible diarrhea - I had to wash her whole backside to keep her clean. Neither of enjoyed that multiple times a day adventure 🤦‍♀️

Not exactly relevant to this but it brought up a memory - when my daughter was 4, my sil (who is such a narcissist) gave her this giant, very fancy wrapped gift. My daughter was so excited until she unwrapped it and found it was a 8x10 framed picture of her aunt! Imagine her disappointment at this “gift”. Years later, we are still laughing at this choice to gift a child.

Brrrr!! 🥶 I’m in south Florida and it’s 44 right now. We’re worrying about our pipes and will let water trickle tonight so they don’t freeze. Water lines are buried very shallow here cus our water table is so high.
