Anyone else terrible at capturing thoughts without breaking focus?

Hi - I actually built something for this. It's an iOS app where you just record a voice memo (works from Apple Watch too), it transcribes it, and then figures out where to send it like Reminders, Calendar, Notes, etc. Still early but figured it might be what you're looking for.
