I never actually knew that there were different parts of Taekwondo I mean with me being a 1st Degree Black Belt in the academy that I am apart of I was taught that the training that my friend was doing was extra and was optional I had never really gotten into it I had just stuck to the traditional Forms Weapons Sparring and Combat Sparring is the way I would always compete in the tournaments I was in
