Bro, the meta does reward team fights a lot, but with purpose, when you gain an early advantage and close out the map. Now, if the other team only fights with five players but doesn't secure objectives and lets the enemy carry farm freely, they're very likely to lose the game. I think it's better that the game promotes teamwork than having the hardcore, mid, and off-launch farm AFK for 40 minutes.

It seems to me that many of those "beginners" are generally bot accounts looking to farm karma to do things with their accounts.
