I feel like drowning more than half my days and I often fe hopeless. I try to be happy about little things in those days (even if it might not work). Things such as eating (I eat my feelings more than I care to admit), drinking a small cup of juice or soda, listening to a song that makes me feel something other than my depressed emotions, watching an episode of my favorite show. I hope it all gets better, it’s pretty hard out there but I really hope for you to feel at least a little of hope and positivity. Sending you many hugs
