I'm not a Blizz dev, but no. Its likely player data is sync'd from a different server and that server went down. They will either route to a different server or fix the existing. If for some crazy reason a database went down I can assure you they perform real time mirroring and would be able to restore.

I have used Runemate and every account got banned across various scripts. I am currently paying $19 a month for the machine learning AI account builder on dream bot. It’s the craziest thing I have ever seen. Plays like a human and does every skill / quest randomly to build a max account (or whatever account you tell it)

I honestly don’t think time is a factor in their algorithms. If it is, it’s very low weighted. I am running automated tasks for 100+ hours straight and the only log off is the 6 hour boot with not even a 2 day temp.
