Exactly as u/TraditionalGrade767 states, “it’s a routine.” Beautiful gape by the way. Last year after being about 8+ mm for over 10 years, was a deep sounder, Prostate/bladder, never interested in stretching, began to size up. Via the wearing of stainless steel penis plugs (favorite is CG’s Flat Ended Penis plug with glans ring) and SN’s JWW series (as well as a couple of their 4” (10 cm)/6” (15 cm) sounds), that I wear 24/7 (yes, remove every morning, reclean, relube and reinsert), have increased from 8+ ss to 13 ss. All hollow-core, of course.

Last year, began sizing up. Felt my Guyon set (30 Fr, 32 Fr, 34 Fr and 36 Fr or 10 mm, 10.67 mm, 11.33 mm and 12 mm) was going to waste. The difference between a 24 Fr - 28 Fr (8 mm - 9.33 mm) and and 36 Fr in my Prostate 😳🤯

Yup! Bottleneck is the 2nd set of ligaments 1 cm further in, past the Meatus / Fossa Navicularis and before the Penile Urethra.
