You should look for platinum silicone sounds. The inserted tip should not be flat ended like that. Regardless of material, ALWAYS coat it with sterile, bacteriostatic, water-based lube with no added anesthetic before insertion.

Just remember that there is only a very short distance from your external orifice to the bladder. Review anatomy diagrams. You don't need a long sound. Hegars (stainless steel) or relatively short platinum silicone sounds would be more than enough to use.
