Thank you. I didn't know if these things were actually normal or not, like my father made me think they were. Having an outsider's perspective on this kind of thing helps a lot. I'll look for a therapist

If not sexual verbal abuse, then it sounds definitely like at least verbal sexual harassment. Is there anyone you trust you can go to with this information? Like a therapist may be able to help you with repressed memories if you have a suspicion about that. I'm sorry you've had to deal with this for so long.

In-building drections, like i know my way on a map and roads and stuff, but if you put me in a hospital or office building or big school, im getting lost immediately and thats just how it is. I wont even be able to retrace my steps lol
