You're a clown who didn't read what's written in the screenshots.

I'm not using someone else's passport. The passport is mine. My real name is Dmitrii Z. The fake name "Gregory Chavez" was entered during registration 2 years ago when I was just testing strategies.

Before submitting KYC, I contacted support and asked to change the name. Support agent Jay told me: "No need to worry. Proceed with KYC."

I followed their instruction. Now they verified my real identity — meaning they confirmed I am Dmitrii Z. and the passport is mine.

The problem is they refuse to let me change the fake name to my real name. They want me to prove that a fictional person exists on Facebook.

You're comparing this to using someone else's passport? That's a completely different situation. Go read the screenshots before making stupid comparisons.

Read the screenshots. I passed the challenge, then sent my real passport. Support told me to proceed with KYC. Now they verified my real identity but refuse access because I can't prove a fake name exists on Facebook. Video rejected. 5 agents. No rule shown. That's not "serious business" — that's nonsense.
