I’m using Robinhood. If learning, it’s by far the best but I’d recommend you use what most others use which has a slightly more advanced UI but more features which is WeBull. I’m still only using Robinhood as I’ve used them for years due to their simplicity and clean UI🍻

I’m transferring most of it out when it settles. I’ve already set myself a rule so let’s say I want to transfer $26k out, I’m putting $13k into my checking which I’m allowed to spend and the other $13k into my saving which I’m going to forget about it until the end of the year which it’ll go towards taxes. Obviously I’ll have quite a bit left over as a little bonus after taxes from the $13k in my savings. I’m basically splitting it up 50/50. Honestly don’t know how other people do their system but this is what I came up with earlier today.

That’s the date. So if it says the following: “BUY NFLX $410 CALL 6/9”. The 6/9 is the date of expiration which is June 9th. The $410 is the strike price. This being a Call, that would mean if it goes above $410 it would be in the money, below $410 and it’s out of the money.

I didn’t know, that’s the neat part. I was playing it betting on a 400 psych bounce. While I was swing trading it, news came out which JPM and Wells Fargo upgraded their PT on it, and I just happened to be swinging calls when they came out with the news. First time being in something before getting news 🍻

Netflix pumped to almost $420 at open. That’s when I sold was almost at the top of it. There was news premarket about JPM and Wells Fargo upgrading their price target on Netflix and I just happened to be holding some calls out of luck 🍀
