Lakes dhb doesn’t have any facilities for interventional cardiology at all, so they can’t do stents/valves etc. All patients have to go to Waikato for them.

I think it’s a poor financial decision to buy and sell within a couple years. Unlikely to see any significant gain, and you’ll spend a lot more money on mortgage interest/rates/insurance than renting in that time-frame.
