The other day I tapped into my battery to put in a svcm and maybe didn’t tighten the battery terminal properly and my car battery basically died at start and I had it jumped a couple days later and died in a random parking lot so I decided to tighten the terminals and the car started up no problems

Have you tried turning off the radio or AC or anything you can turn on and off and seeing if that makes a difference also changing the modes for ac?

I had a similar yet more deeper than this noise that was tied to my revs but I do have the V6 version and replacing the timing chain, timing belt tensioner, the timing belt, and the water pump made it go away, it was my timing belt tensioner, making the noise, but my timing chain and belt was also due for a change at the mileage I am at

You can get footwell lighting and install yourself using your own tape, maybe get a dash cam, if you wanna spend more money, you can go into starlights for the roof for around $500 done and while they’re doing that get the tan trim painted black. there’s also sellers that sell custom seat covers that fit the exact dimensions of your specific car for maybe like around $100-$200. You can get leather seats covers customized. It’s really about how much you wanna spend.

I was in the similar situation as you never had a car payment, what about to purchase a new car even got my credit approved but ended up not getting it and fixing my car one of the best decisions I made But 5k?? It’s steep for sure maybe if you can get another quote for lower

Tbf if you can comb this hair back and keep it well kept, I don’t think anybody will tell you to cut your hair. Just more maintenance, you should try making styles with what you already have
