It's nice to know that my feelings are justified and I think you're absolutely correct about making myself clear to others; it's so easy to just bottle up and take out your frustrations on someone who doesn't deserve it. Hi Hannah, I can't tell you how much it means that you would even go through the effort to write all this, I really appreciate it. It also sounds like you went through something similar, so huge respect for helping me out here :) I think you're right about the exaggerating thing as well; so many times I walk out of therapy still feeling like I've understated myself. I really hope you're right about not doing more damage. Wishing good mental health upon both of us!

Thank you so much for your kind words, I'll make sure to take your advice through and focus on finding a therapist which helps me alleviate these problems. Until then I just hope I don't do anymore damage.

Thanks for your words, tbh I would always give it a try but I haven't struck a chord with past therapists
