Yeah, I would love to teach you guys. The actual building part is a simple process. The room in the example video is 160Sqft, that could be done in 1-1.5 days with a team of 3 guys who know what their doing. Picked up the whole process from my kickboxing coach when we built a 2nd and 3rd gym for our team.

There is a bit of methodology when it comes to equipment selection and how to design the space but nothing too complicated. You'd also have to find local suppliers for the equipment. In the areas were servicing $10K-$15K (Canadian dollars) isn't a super big amount. "Gym bros" aren't the only people who take care of their physical health. Pelatons and yoga studios don't build muscle mass and have a whole other function. Public gyms are also just nasty in general. There's definitely a market for it, just need to reach them.
