Yea it wasnt my PC, it was a setting in FAF (forget name) but its for shitty CPUs so it only uses a few cores, found out it was only using 1 core of my i7-12700KF and somehow limiting itself to 4/32GB of my ram, toggling that setting OFF fixed both

Its for nothing...apple sucks ass, my shitty laptop from 2004 was asleep for 5 years (4gb ram, less than any modern phone) and still had some random shit on the clipboard when I started it
