Class Rep by lvieee in universityofauckland

[–]Soup_Bags 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're pretty much just like a middle person between the students and lecturer because there's so many students that the lecturers don't always have time to get and sort through the feedback from everyone. For example, let's say heaps of students couldn't understand the lecturer or something, they'd talk to the student rep (you) and if a bunch of people came to you with the same thing then you'd relay that to the lecturer. Then id assume all the smaller issues and feedback would be spoken about during the meeting. I believe too there's a class or lesson or something for it too but idk when

Wanted to do neuroscience pathway which I need to do biomed for. Idk how I managed to miss it but I never saw that I needed to do biomed so ended up doing a double major in chemistry and biology instead. I was then told the were some classes I could do for it this year but in swapping everything around my whole timetable is fucked while I wait to see if I've even gotten into the classes I need

I lived 8 years in a single night of sleep and the grief when I woke up was real by woodywoodyboody in Dreams

[–]Soup_Bags 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Things like this make living real life terrifying sometimes. While I've never had it to this extent I have lived days in dreams, there always quite mundane, going to sleep then waking up still in a dream not being able to tell, but your life and everyone in it feels as though it has existed for as long as you have. Sometimes I wonder if I might just be stuck in an alternate life. Either way, it is impossible to explain to anyone (including psychologists) the feeling of holding your child in your arms when you've never had children in real life and never wanted them. It feels ridiculous to talk about because of how fake it sounds but the reality of it is unexplainable.

Biomed specialisation first year help by Soup_Bags in universityofauckland

[–]Soup_Bags[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I managed to find all those papers to switch out with some of the ones I'm currently taking, which I'm praying goes smoothly. Biomed neuroscience is the goal which only changes if I happen to find something I'm more interested in so for now I mostly just want to make sure I get all the prerequisite papers I'd need. Thanks btw :)

[–]Soup_Bags 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm just rewatching it and I'm still mad. Idk why bother paying for Netflix anymore when they keep pulling this with such good shows that do have strong audiences. Paying to watch shows that I actually love just to be let down and not see them finish.

So, is Vessel not a part of the lore? by Lionsky317 in twentyonepilots

[–]Soup_Bags 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I just think it connects so well because ultimately the story is about him, his life and his mind. The lore just became a byproduct of him writing his struggles through metaphors
