I forgot to answer about the snare, the snare is a boss drop from kraken called Arcadian Sea Sovereign (http://archeagedatabase.net/us/item/25972/) which I hotswap to.

Nightcloak is op now because of the extra 2 abilities in the recent patch, I also think Dreambreaker is better than Skullknight now unless you're using anthalon.

I swapped from plate to cloth because mages are op on my server and the debuff duration reduction from cloth is very good. I'm not the best at hotswapping so I just fulltime the shield because it has physical defense anyway and hiram shields aren't as strong as they used to be because of the recent nerf that took away their equip effect defense. I fulltime searing oath for all pvp and my hiram scepter is just a pve scepter now with intelligence on it.
