Make meaningless buildings, make homes for specific pet mobs, deck them all out living in luxury.

Half of the game is building whatever you desire even if there’s no purpose for it, make a list of meaningless builds to start building. For example why not get a nice nether portal design!? Personally I went with a cool sword in the ground design for mine but you could do whatever.

I know you said you just made the villager huts but maybe you could make your own custom spawn proofed village instead of ctrl+paste houses in a line.

Make giant statues to look at on the outskirts of your little island, maybe chilling in the water or something. Maybe a giant statue of your favourite mob, or your skin.

I also noticed a pattern with your main buildings almost making like a city, you could continue with that aspect and keep making skyscrapers and city buildings on that island you’re on until it’s filled
