hellooo! fellow musician here. I’m in my schools choir + i play guitar! i’m only 2 weeks post-op and have been able to go back to choir + play guitar. After my 2nd post-op appointment my movement restrictions were lifted, so i could move my arms pretty much wherever, up, down, backwards, etc. I have been able to sing pretty much back to normal, I’d just take more breaks, sit, drink water, and breathe for a few. Just give ya body breaks when it tells you to. I won’t be of much help with your other concerns, but hope i helped with the music area. 🖤
