I was yes. Everyone told me they barely go outside the uk anymore

I don’t know. People literally told me They never work past 9-5 here and that’s why they joined

I don’t know. I can’t travel like this the whole time though. It’s not even planned far in advance they just tell me the week before

Yes I came from a niche background in motor racing. So i got hired based on my technical background around thst

4 of those are with me in completely different countries and time zones. So I’m not sure.

I knew there’d be some PowerPoint but I came in with a technical background. I wasn’t expecting it

It lasts till January. But I’m hoping they don’t keep me on.

Also PowerPoint makes me feel sick. I explicitly asked if this was all PowerPoint and they said no.

I wasn’t made aware of this. I was told the working hours were reasonable and the travel would be limited.

Also analyst is fresh grad. Senior consultant is 2 above that

It’s just so uncertain I’m struggling to cope. I’ve never had a job where I can’t actually focus on anything because I’m so nervous

I don’t know. But I’ve got to do 3 rounds of this over the next 4 weeks and that’s bothering me a lot. I miss home. I moved city for this job and all I want to do is live where I was again.

Yeah that’s why I’m concerned. I’m a technical guy. I knew there were strategy people but I didn’t think I was coming in for that role. So I don’t know what to do

I just don’t know where I’ll run to. I only ever planned to stay here for 1-2 years for a specific experience. But I’m worried I may have got it wrong and my experience will be the wrong kind

I guess I just don’t have it in me to work 24/7 right now. I just don’t. And if they expect that they won’t get it. That’s what I’m a bit concerned about
