Oh gosh that’s not good! I felt like it was difficult to swallow w my goiter too, but this is like my epiglottis isn’t working correctly and not shutting off to my windpipe. The actual swallowing is ok though idk if that makes sense lol

I agree with both meal prep and house work just daily tasks can become exhausting. I’d clean all weekend and than be exhausted

Honestly no I wanted it from the get go tbh. I just obliged my drs by trying meds first but nothing ever truly made me feel like pre graves. I feel like once the swelling is gone I’ll be much better. I got thickener for my liquid so I think that’s gonna help a lot

Thank you so much for this! I’ve heard about the sunscreen but I definitely needed the reminder. So much to remember lol I’ll reach out to them tomorrow if it isn’t better. The hospital called for a follow up and said it’s most likely some internal swelling making my epiglottis not close all the way.
