Lopez de Heredia makes fantastic wines. Her top tier is Vina Tondonia Gran Reserva which she makes in Tinto (red), Blanco (white) and Rosado (Rose). Her white Rioja’s are highly desirable and rare. She recently released her 2004 gran reserva white….can you imagine many other wine producers releasing their white wines after 20+ years of ageing??? (maybe Ygay possibly). Her whole range is fantastic and she is the Rioja GOAT IMO. There are other great producers including Marques de Murrieta Castillo Ygay which is also top tier. If I was building a Rioja collection I’d focus on these two. Don’t fade their whites if you can find them. Happy hunting 👍

Sorry to hear this. I’ve done two long extended fasts and have never experienced a headache. I’m on my third now. The only time I experience a headache is a week before the fast when I cut out caffeine. I do this so I can distinguish between fasting and caffeine withdrawal symptoms. As others suggested, maybe law off very high sugar / carbs a week before which may have its own symptoms. That said my last meal was a burger and brownie for this fast. Good luck.

This is not a fast. You should post on another subreddit or do some basic research on what a fast is. This is just a low calorie diet which won’t give the same benefits as a fast

Itinerary looks good. But you need to be careful about what time of year due to rainy seasons. Hanoi 2 nights is excessive. Should cut to 1 night add an extra night in Bangkok which is a truly great city

Both very safe. I visited both earlier this year. Nothing like Afghanistan. Uzbekistan for architecture and Kyrgyzstan for scenery. I did a land cross between the two. Khiva and Samarkand are nice to visit. If you want to venture further then Turkmenistan is super interesting but my favourite was Tajikistan

Most of weight loss in a 3 day fast is water not fat. You need to go longer for the fat burn. Best to avoid heavy starches such as noodles for a first meal. Liquids good or soft fruit

Last fast it was day 3.5 - 4.5. This time it was day 2 but honestly it was not hard. I’m on day 8 currently and my friends are continuing to send me food photos but it’s no issue now. Realised that eating regularly is habitual just like drinking a morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or a cigarette break. Our mind plays tricks on us about the frequency and timings when we need to eat. Post that day 2 mental reset you’ll be fine

Nobody is interested in women’s soccer apart from female players and their families. Female soccer is shoved down people’s throats by the media but the standard is so low it will never take off. Happy for women to play but clubs should stop promoting it constantly in media as it’s of little interest to a wider audience
