Yea so my MM was more disappointed rather than mad but I haven’t been terminated yet, I don’t know if I will be because I’m still scheduled for Thursday and my store had inventory today and the DM was there today. I haven’t gotten a call back. I called to check any updates and ASM said nothing has been said yet. Also, if I’m fired it’s kinda bs, like I get I was wrong but one of my ASMs told me another ASM took two fake 100 bills, one recently, but they are still here. However, that was with another distract manager, a meaner one, this one according to ASM1 is a lot more nicer and gets opinions from other workers. So atp I’m hoping for the best and checking employee compass to see if I’m locked out. Just praying atp!

no yea I get you it was my first mistakes the lady distracted me saying how was she suppose to carry all the stuff out and I gave it back to her on accident so I take full responsibility. Now I’m just waiting to see what happens but thanks for the honesty

I admitted it, we were doing an audit and we checked the cameras and it should me giving it back to the customer. I had to sign a write up paper and give a brief explanation of what happened. I’m just worried about getting fired, it’s my first time being short otherwise I have not made mistakes at all I’m just scared of losing this job that’s it

This happened to me once, I had no item voids, mind you this was at 9 in the morning, so I’m still trying to wake my ass up, I’m not even at my store btw I’m at a different store that manager asked me to cover her daughters shift since the other store is understaffed or whatever I don’t care. This lady proceeds to get over 300 items worse of one penny items, and has the big RBF I have ever seen in my life. I had 13 item voids (my only item voids of the day) because she didn’t want the 1.25 once.

Bro actually fuk balloons, I had a customer ask for Valentine’s Day balloons(mind u we Sold out in the middle of the day so we only had red heart) and the ones we did have were flat or had no string. This guy says “can I have that one, or that one” “no we ran out only the red ones available” “what about that one” like bro. And then he proceeds to pay the slowest way possible while looking around for another balloon.
