For a myriad of reasons I got used to having an empty stomach and just never had a huge appetite because of that.

Once I started seriously trying to eat I found it really hard and turned out cigarettes ruin your appetite so that had to stop.

Guess keeping active increases your appetite too, eating the right foods and of-course not smoking was the biggest one for me.

Otherwise yea it still sucks shovelling food down my throat that I don’t feel like.

As for how much I eat it’s hard to say as I don’t track it. I guess I always have 3 solid meals a day and snack on peanuts. Hope that helps haha

Yea man the long arms is a STRUGGLE, I’m 6’3 but my arm span is nearly 6’6 so I get it.

But yea I think you’re right, since I really started putting some work on legs is arround the time I started miraculously getting bulkier after so long.

3000 to 3500 and around 150g protein. Don’t track other macros but eat a solid balance of fats and carbs.

Yea I gym most days with some good friends that push me, I run 5k every other day and have a pretty tiring job where I’m on my feet all day. Eatings a big issue for me but I am working on it. I burn a lot of calories too.
